Ohkay so I'm going to the beach tomorrow %26amp; ehh I don't want to look all nasty.(without makeup I look like a guy.): ha)
Soo how can I keep my makeup on, and keep my eyelashes looking nice, and still being able to go in the water?:P
Help.!Makeup for the beach?
Makeup for the beach is always a little tricky, especially when it involves swimming. But I guess the rule that would apply here is less is more. The more gunk you put on your face, the more likely it is to smear off and make you look like a loch monster.
Use a tinted moisturiser on your face (it would help if it had an SPF) before dusting on some bronzer on your face. Use a waterproof eyeliner (I'm currently loving Maybelline's Volum' Express Hypercurl), a touch of tinted lip balm (Nivea's Lip Care in Cherry Kiss) and for a little extra, a touch of waterproof eyeliner on your upper lashes. Rimmel works wonderfully for this. Don't be tempted to put any on your lower lashes because it will move and make you look like a nut.
Good luck!Makeup for the beach?
you need waterproof things, so
get the lashblast waterpproof mascara
liquid eyeliner, but waterproof.

Waterproof Mascara (covergirl lashblast waterproff will NOT come off! love it!)

Quick! help! im doing makeup for a photo shoot on the beach , what do i need to be fully prepared?
im doing a photo shoot in the morning at a beach for a girl who is African American but looked kinda light skinned
im kinda nervous because , well , its my second photo shoot but i never did makeup on a location where theres no table and appropriate lighting
anyway i know i have foundation in small compact pallets but im worried about what i can do to be more prepared in terms of maybe not being able to have a table there and theres also the sun and sweating and keeping the skin looking good and everything
help!Quick! help! im doing makeup for a photo shoot on the beach , what do i need to be fully prepared?
Waterproof mascara and eyeliner
Foundation with SPF
Oil blotting sheets to reduce shine without disturbing makeup, as yall will be outside probably sweatingQuick! help! im doing makeup for a photo shoot on the beach , what do i need to be fully prepared?
i would just use some loose powder to finish her face and even her skin tone if needed. but its a beach, it should look natural right. and as for not having the appropriate lighting, your outdoors, that is your lighting you dont need a 60W bulb to shine on her.

Good hair and makeup ideas for vacation on the beach!?
I am going on vacation at the end of september. If i can't figure out how to style my long hair by the time i go, i'm chopping it off, and that may make me sad because i don't want to give up on it. but i cannot style my long hair. it's so hard to manage, easily tangled, very thin and fine (it's like claire danes hair to a T!';). so i really need to know, because i'll be swimming in the ocean and going straight to doing activities, what are good hair styles i can do while my hair is wet? and what is some good waterproof eyeliner (AND CONCEALER) that will work for me. and waterproof mascara. and my face does breakout easily, so i need a very good concealer that will not cause breakouts!Good hair and makeup ideas for vacation on the beach!?

Make sure that you have a very natural look. Something like this.
http://s3.amazonaws.com/stylehive/blog/u鈥?/a>
make sure that everything is even and natural. Go with a brown eyeshadow and blend it in very well. Make sure that you wear a light foundation.I need some beachy makeup=)!!!!(not going to the beach)?
Yay, you used the hair I suggested :)
I really like this eye make-up:
http://images.nymag.com/anniversary/40th鈥?/a>
Of course, lashes wouldn't be that long, unless you used fake ones, and the eyeshadow on the lid wouldn't need to be that dark, but I like the idea of blue, or even green, liner :P
Other than that, all you need is a light blush, and light foundation!
Have fun at the party!
If you want something subtle then go for:
Gold eyeshadow
http://www.fotosearch.com/bthumb/IMR/IMR鈥?/a>
But I would do this...
Blue or green eyeliner. Will get you noticed!

Ummm mascara, foundation, bronzer, clear lipgloss, and eyeliner on the top, and if you have to have eyeshadow, wear nude shades, like beige and stuff.
umm try a bronze or light eyeshadow um if you have clear mascara

Makeup for the beach?
Help! I need suggestions for waterproof makeup - especially waterproof concealer. Any brands to suggest? Thanks.Makeup for the beach?
For a concealer, i would get a cream based one such as Max Factors pan stik. It used to be the foundation makeup artists used for celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and such in the 1950's and 1960's. Its also a foundation, you get such good coverage from it too, it could honestly cover tattoos if you needed it to. You can also buy it at Wal Mart for about $7. Just dust mineral foundation on top, cream blush, waterproof mascara and your good to go.Makeup for the beach?
I have a waterproof eyeliner from Styli-Style and it's only a few bucks at CVS. Also, some clear mascara is good, i use the Covergirl kind.If you have light eyelashes and want to use dark mascara, then the Define-A-Lash waterproof mascara by Maybelline is good and only a few dollars at CVS. Last, chapstick. I love chapstick moisturizer that comes in the blue squeezable tube.
http://www.lancome-usa.com/makeup/concea鈥?/a>
I don't own any waterproof concealer so i just googled it haha. But Lancome is a very good brand so it should work. I hope I helped!
About a week ago i went to a pool party... i was so scared my make was going to melt off!! but it stayed PERFECTLY!
I have a few suggestions and trust me i have THE WORST dark circles ever!
Bare naturale concealer powder, even tho its powder it still stays on!
and cover girl liquid concealer is good too!! same with almays waterproof, i suggest almays waterproof liquid other than CGs.
the best mascara that didn't smudge at all was lash exact waterproof its the one in the purple tube! but not TOO much!
I'm also looking for waterproof mascara. I read somewhere that boots no 7 extreme waterproof mascara had 15 good reviews.

What makeup should i wear to the beach?
I want to wear a little makeup, but i'm going to go into the water, i don't want it to just like, fall off.
What brands make good waterproof makeup?
OH and what's a cute beach outfit to wear over my bikini?
:D thanks :)What makeup should i wear to the beach?
just wear waterproof mascara ( i recommend lashblast or colossal) and some lipgloss and if you really need it some eyeliner on your waterlines (revlon colorstay probably won't run off too bad)
A cute outfit to wear over your bikini would be like a sundress that matches your swimsuit color (like if it's mostly orange with a little pink, wear a pink dress) and a long necklace (silver for cool colors like blue or gold for warm colors like red)What makeup should i wear to the beach?
good water proof make-up
ist of all covergirl is a terrible brand to wear in the water especially mascara but if your going to wear mascara wear the great lash mascara its water proof and works GREAT

%26amp; if your going to wear blush %26amp; eyeshadow, coverup use DIOR for eye shadow %26amp; blush

For cover-up use the liquidy kind thats like in a glass tube they sell it at wal mart (its like $4-7)
and what you should wear
wear some cute caprese with them folded at them bottom with buttons

no foundation/blush or anything--it'll just end up coming off. i would go with wp mascara and eyeliner if you want.
max factor's 2000 calorie mascara makes a really good wp mascara, and rimmel exaggerate in wp is a good eyeliner. i haven't found a makeup remover that will remove my max factor mascara--so trust me, it doesn't budge!
and i would wear a sundress, or something loose and flowy over your bikini.
Waterproof mascara and some bronzer and some SPF chapstick :)
Victoria Secret has some cute outfits to wear over bikinis
lite water proof mascara and eyeliner, n a plaid open shirt over a swimsuit looks really cute!
Regarding the make up for your eye mascara try Lancome it works for me.
for your out fit try to find a nice shawl big one off course and tie it around you.

I need a heavy coverage foundation, but I don't wanna look like I have a full face of makeup on at the beach?
I have blemishes, and I never go anywhere without makeup. What can I do when I go to the beach? I still need a heavy coverage foundation, i look terrible without it on but I want to look a little more natural at the beach. And I love the beach!
Any ideas/suggestions for beach makeup would be great.I need a heavy coverage foundation, but I don't wanna look like I have a full face of makeup on at the beach?
Instead of using heavy coverage foundation all over your face, here's what I suggest:
- use a good sunscreen before putting on makeup
- use a primer to make sure your makeup stays on (I like MAC Prep and Prime SPF 50 -- this is basically sunscreen and primer in one!)
- use a tinted moisturizer (I like Laura Mercier's oil-free tinted moisturizer. This is kind of expensive, but it's an awesome product. For a lower end product, Stila, Clinique, Kiehl's, Covergirl Smoothers are pretty good as well)
- Lightly spot on a full coverage concealer and layer if you need more coverage. This makes sure you don't pack on too much product initially and you don't look cakey. (I like MakeUpForever's Full Coverage Camouflage Cream and MAC Select Coverup. Both of these are also good for covering dark undereye circles and redness as well). --- If you like, you can find a full coverage foundation and use it as your concealer to spot on wherever you need extra coverage (lots of raves for Estee Lauder Double Wear -- great coverage and excellent staying power).
- If you get oily, you can use a setting powder, blot sheets throughout the day, or a blot powder whenever you need it (MAC Blot Powder).
Good luck!I need a heavy coverage foundation, but I don't wanna look like I have a full face of makeup on at the beach?
Try a mineral makeup, like Loral Bare Natural. Use the foundation lightly over your entire face to even out your skin tone, then use their concealer on the individual blemishes for heavier coverage. This look looks extremely natural but still covers blemishes, and it wont melt off in the heat like many liquid foudations do.
How about a tinted SPF moisturiser with a matt finish which should give you reasonable coverage. You could put a bit of SPF concealer on your blemishes before putting on the tinted moisturiser if you are that concerned. But honestly the salt water would do your skin a power of good. Hamilton's is a good Australian product, hope you can source it where you are.
revlon colorstay is very long lasting! 16 hrs!
it looks relatively natural and doesn't feel too heavy either. but make sure you find a good match for your skin tone.
i have been having trouble with finding a matching foundation until i encounted everyday minerals ~~ it's a mineral makeup and you do need to use finishing veils to control the oil and set your make up. and i dunno whether you could swim in it or not. it's bought online, so harder to access if you dun have paypal or a credit card.
i dun think u can soak yourself in water in colorstay either, but it doesn't come off easily and it's a store brand -- easily access.
Look, I know you want to cover your flaws but sun protection is far more important. The sun will age you and give you skin cancer without protection. Try Hissy Fit, Australian tinted sunscreen. It's thick, creamy and has a high SPF. It does two jobs in one.
Max Factor Lasting Performance Stay Put Liquid Makeup Foundation.
Its by far the best.
MAC foundation sticks are amazing. They have SPF 15 and give great coverage.

Going to a beach on this weekend - hair/dress/makeup suggestions???
i'm going to a beach on this weekend......plzzz suggest me some good makeup/hair n dress suggestions.....thx for all ur help!!Going to a beach on this weekend - hair/dress/makeup suggestions???
Clothes:
Cute bikini
Sundress over it. (Something light and summery, in a neutral color if the bikini is bright.)
Flipflops WITH NO HEELS.
Jewelry:
A couple bright bangles.
Rope/seashell anklet
Hair:
Braids are adorable and functional. You can have a french braid, two braids.....there are so many styles!
Or you could do an adorably messy bun.
Makeup:
Waterproof mascara.
Tinted lip balm to protect lips from sunburn.
SUNCREEN!
Bag:
I would suggest one of those cute beach totes, like the ones you can find at Hollister.
Just remember: When going to the beach, dress cute and casual. Wear stuff that you aren't afraid to get wet or sandy, and wear stuff that is bright and colorful. In bathing suits, it's ok to stand out!Going to a beach on this weekend - hair/dress/makeup suggestions???
Hair - out and wavy ...Try a sea salt spray after you wet your hair....bumble %26amp; bumble %26amp; Garnier do them to name a few, you could add a flower clip to ur hair
Make up can be bright and colourful - look at this
http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseac鈥?/a>
Clothing - Either a bikini, tankini or a suit %26amp; a sarong. With Flip flops or jelly shoes
Jewellery: Plastic, costume
depending on what you are doing, and if you have long hair, I would say a french braid, its pretty and when the wind blows your hair wont tangle. As for make up, just rememeber makeup attracts insects (bees) I would say very little makeup.
Rmemeber your sunscreen !!!
Tie hair up
Wear waterproof mascara, and lib balm
Wear loose clothes with flip flops
Paint your toenails to match the swimsuit
Carry a beach bag for all the beach accessories
bring water
wear a bathing suit and put your hair up, not that hard, i wouldn't be wearing make-up to the beach, especially if your going to be swimming, why waste make-up
If i were you, i would wear a sun dress over your bathing suit. For makeup, i wouldn't do that much, because in the sun, a lot of makeup doesn't stay on well, it ends up running, and then you look like a mess. I would wear waterproof mascara, and complementing lip gloss. That should do it!
Nice bikini (bright yellow)
Miniskirt Jeans (blue)
Yellow sexy top
Nails done
green sandals
green wood bangles
Sweet fruit gloss of Dior
Mascara (waterproof)
hair (zambezi pomade in)
Beauty Rush Appletini Body mist on Body (Victoria Secret)
Sunglass
Bag (nice summer, rainbow colour)
$$CASH$$
!! BOOTYLICIOUS TREAT !!
HAWAAIN TROPIC, (GOLDEN TANNING OIL)
Be the Sexiest Mama on the Beach
Makeup-use waterproof mascara and eyeliner remember to use sunblock!
Hair-u can tie it up or let it down
clothing-shorts with a halter or a summer dress
have fun
see you are going to a cool place so wear a cool dress like a
blue bikni on blue step shirt ,googles and a round cap that will be tereffice for you.
wild hair
all you need is your favorite swim suit, sun block, and hair clip
Clothes: Sundresses are always great for the beach because they can easily be thrown on over a bathing suit, plus they're really cute and comfy. Check out forever21 for some really great dresses. Be careful with a dress though because the beach can get kind of windy... make sure you're wearing a bathing suit underneath! hahah Then get a pair of cheap flip flops (Old Navy maybe) because you don't want to ruin a nice pair of shoes in the sand and ocean. At Old Navy you can get a bunch of fun different colors to match whatever outfits you bring.
Hair: Go with something natural, your hair is bound to get blown around and/or wet and sandy. If your hair is wavy or curly don't bother straightening it. Either pull half back, or just pull it back in a cute low ponytail or a braid. Once you get out of the water take it completely down and let it air dry.. you'll have fantastic beach hair!!
Makeup: WATERPROOF!! hahah Definitely use as many waterproof products as you can get. (Probably just mascara and eyeliner) For foundation, use concealer to cover up any flaws and then use a foundation with SPF so you don't get sunburned! You should probably also put sunscreen on underneath your makeup too.. it'll act as a moisturizer and also protect your skin. Get some chapstick with SPF in it too, lip sunburn is the worst!! And its the part everyone forgets about. You'll look like you have ridiculous red lipstick on for the next few days. Then use some bronzer/blush for that sunkissed beachy look and voila! you're done!
Basic makeup such as eyeshadow, waterproof mascara and lip gloss should be enough for the beach. Wear your hair up that way you won't have to do much with it. For attire I suggest a pair of comfortable capris and a cute tank top.
you dont need makeup since you're probably going to be swimming, but if you arent.
i'd go with a soft and beachy look, all natural, none of that red lipstick thing.
and for your hair, its probably going to be hot, so tie it up in a pony tail or let it down with waves.
Clothes:

Makeup help for the beach?
i'm 14 and am going to the beach with my family. i want to wear makeup but i need a natural look that makes me look, well, pretty. i have blue eyes that change to green, i have clear skin (no oil or acne) and i'm pale (like european skin). i have golden blonde hair that is about an inch above my boobs and i have side bangs. anyway, how should i do my makeup? i want a beachy look that looks natural but still makes me look older. (don't give me crap bout that i like to look older). how can i do this? videos, instructions, pictures, anything would be helpful! thanks!Makeup help for the beach?
I know what you mean. If I were you I would bring out your blue eyes by wearing light eyeshadow. I would also choose a nice lip gloss maybe light red or flamingo pink. a cover up that would be good for the beach would be a light colored beach dress, not so long! also, wear nice gladiators for shoes. If you want to look older, wear a little eye liner, not so much or you'll look like goth, lol. ok, so if you want more tips, look at magazines that have high fashion and trust me, follow their advice. thanx, hope i helped! sorry theres no pics.=DMakeup help for the beach?
well brown shadow make blue eyes pop
and blue shadow make green eyes pop!
you dnt nned cover up if you skin is clear, even tho its pale...
pale skin is pretty and if you want tan, your going to the beach!
haha...
use waterproof mascaras and liners
hope i helped! :)
well the best way to be natural is to wear no make up at all...but if ya still wanna wear makeup, then i suggest maybe a small amount of eyeliner and masscare...thats all you really need to look as close to natural as possible!!
Here's a video on how to get that look

Where can i find raw minerals the makeup? what stores? in Virginia beach,Virginia?
Google it! You can probably buy it online and it will even be cheaper that way!Where can i find raw minerals the makeup? what stores? in Virginia beach,Virginia?
Raw Minerals- as in that's an actual brand? Here's a site I found
http://www.rawnaturalbeauty.com/
Or you can try Bare Minerals
http://www.bareminerals.com/on/demandwar鈥?/a>
Or Mary Kay (you can do parties and they come to your house!)
www.MaryKay.com
But if you're just looking for a minerals make-up then store brands have them. Walmart, Meijers, RiteAid. Just look for something that says Minerals.

How many of you guys still wear makeup on the beach ?
please be POLITE and INFORMATIVE when answering . :) thanks !How many of you guys still wear makeup on the beach ?
IF I were to wear anything to the beach, it would just be mascara. Lash Blast by Covergirl is great in waterproof. I don't want to worry about anything else.
You could try a tinted moisturizer with SPF in it, but I don't know how that will hold up in the water.
But if you're going to the beach, you should let loose, and have fun and not even worry about that stuff! You should be comfortable out there. It's gross there anyway. Nasty water, nasty sand. Why worry about looking your best when you're at a place that barely anyone is going to see you?
If you're not going to get in the water then I would wear makeup, but not if I were getting in.
P.S. Delia, just like here in Texas, we say y'all to address a large group of people, [most] other places says 'you guys'. (I started saying 'you guys' when my uncle from colorado made fun of me for saying y'all.)How many of you guys still wear makeup on the beach ?
Well I dont live by the sea, so I dont really have to make this desicion! But I did I think that I would wear makeup on the beach, but not if I went swimming int the sea.
I kinda get the impression that you want to wear it though? Try waterproof makeup. Revlon colourstay is waterproof, very good quality and very cheap too! It wont smudge and cause racoon eyes either.
Hope I helped - good luck!! :)
Eyeliner: Revlon colorstay in black.
With black eyeshadow over it to last all day. (:
I don't wear makeup in the beach maybe eyeliner but, that's it.
Revlon colorstay foundation is amazingggggggggg.
You can go into the water and, it will still be on...
Just don't rub your face when it's wet. (:
It'll stay on if you just lightly dab it when it's wet. (:
Have fun!
Wet n Wild's cream liner is AMAZING. Its super waterproof. Its so good that you can rub your eyes with wet or dry hands, or with extreme force like waves..lol..without it smudging or running. I love it. You do need a good makeup remover becase it stays on so good.
the eyeliner i use is marykate and ashley ans it doesn't run its the twist up kind not the pencil you have to sharpen.. and just get a Waterproofoff mascara
i wear a tinted mousturizer
waterproof lash blast mascara...top and bottom lashes
and a tinted lip balm.
maybe a little rosy blush if i look blah that day
I guess just waterproof stuff but are you a guy? You keep saying guys , guys and these days you can expect anything from men.
use a waterproof liquid eyeliner, it doesn't smear at all.
I use Revlon Colorstay. I hear mixed opinions about it, but I like it. It stays on great and it's cheap.

Is it okay to wear makeup in the beach ?
i dont wear coverup or anything just eyeliner and mascara , but i want to wear it at the beach. Other people told me that you could get racoon eyes but i dont want to get that. could you prevent that ? if you suggest that i shouldn't wear makeup and wear sunglasses only, i dont want to because i dont want a big white spot on my face (suntan) haha. now that will make you look weird ! i probably would go to the water, so is it okay to wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara ? will it come off ? because this is the first summer where i started to wear makeup . all im just asking if its okay and will i get racoon eyes ? thank you ! and please be informative and polite when you answer .Is it okay to wear makeup in the beach ?
Just wear waterproof mascara forget the rest!Is it okay to wear makeup in the beach ?
Yes deffo fine! Yes wear waterproof but apply the make up you would wear on the beach and go to the sink and splash yourself with water etc to test it first - that way you will know exactly how good your make up is
i hope this helps! x
it's prefectly fine if you get waterproof mascara and eyeliner. it works great. i even have trouble getting it off when i want to! lol but if you use good makeup remover it'll come right off

How to do your makeup at the beach?!?
i always wear makeup...always. i feel REALLY ugly without it. and its not like i wear a LOT. just a little powder on the face...and on my eyes i typically wear more b/c its my best assest. eyeliner, shadow, and mascara.
how are you supposed to do ur makeup at the beach without looking washed out, or like you just woke up?! i mean, after swimming i come out of the pool and look like CRAP! my face is red...and eh, its not a pretty sight. (and i just wear mascara) what can i do?
and this is a pic of me with my makeup...its not the best, i just took it and posted it.

thanks! How to do your makeup at the beach?!?
Don't wear makeup :P
When you go to the beach you get a very nice tan on your face, so you don't need to use powder or foundation on it. Plus if you aren't wearing any makeup you can actually jump in the water, dive etc. in other words actually have fun, rather than constatly worry about whether or not your mascara will run ;)
Don't worry so much about how you look at the beach just have fun, be yourself, trust me no one is gonna be looking at you thinking ';gosh she is ugly!'; because there is nothing wrong with the way you look, and you won't stand out from other girls in a bad way because I can honestly say I never seen a girl wearing makeup at the beach. How to do your makeup at the beach?!?
Hydrophobic at all?
Really, you'd look better without all the make up, and besides it acts as a shield from the sun, you'll end up with white circles around your eyes if you wear that much while tanning. Skip the make up, just apply a light sunscreen and enjoy the beach.
I never wear any when I go, I don't see the point. Then again, I hardly wear any in general.
i am the same way but i have been told that wearing obvious makeup looks worse than not wearing any
but i wear water proof mascara maybe smashbox waterproof eyeliner but i would not wear anymore than that
Just wear some light, waterproof makeup!
Waterproof eyeliner, mascara, and foundation that won't come off in the water.
hun.....you are so pretty. if anything dont put on any makeup intill after ur done swimming. that way you dont come out of the water looking like a raccoon.
two things either just don't wear any cause u don't need it
and wear waterproof makeup if u feel like u can't do without
first of all you're gorgeous!!! so i doubt you look nearly as bad as you think. but anyways try water proof mascara before you get in the water and just put a little bit of concealer under your eyes when you get out. also work the hair. if your hair looks good it makes your face look so much better. i just take a moose and run it through my hair when i get out and as it dries it just waves up and looks pretty and beachy!!

Good makeup for the beach?
lol everyone says i'm crazy when i want to wear makeup on the beach, but if i don't i look horrible. so i was wondering if this would be a good look for on the beach: eyeliner on both top and bottom lids (not heavy) extending to ends to *almost* make a cat eye look; some mineral makeup; and bronzer for cheeks/forehead/chin/nose and as a light eyeshadow. also, just some lip balm
i'm planning on also having really wavy hair. would this look good?Good makeup for the beach?
I think that might be a bit much. Unless you have scarring, why wear foundation to the BEACH?!
I would just go with waterproof eyeliner on the bottom, and waterproof mascara. And maybe a tinted moisturizer?Good makeup for the beach?
If you plan on getting wet at all....all that is crap. Just go light. Find waterproof mascara and eyeliner should stay on as long as you dont rub your eyes. Forget any kind of coverup. Just start using jergens gradual tanner ..it will cover up almost all your flaws on your face!!! Lip balm is fine. Go for one with spf in it. Hair sounds fine.
However, if you DONT get wet. Yes to all of the above you asked about. Ecect you may want your hair up, since it gets pretty hot. And no eye shadow...thats just pushing it
If you're going to go swimming, I think that quantity of makeup is going a little overboard. Stick with the eyeliner, maybe some waterproof mascara, lip balm, and an oil free foundation if you're breaking out that day.
yeah that looks good. don't over do it because many people think its bad when i girl cant ever go without makeup and find it unattractive. Keep it calm and a natural look. but otherwise thats a good look!
If your going swimming id just wear a waterproof mascara, lip balm and a foundationt that is sunscreen based. Too much eyeliner will make you look silly on the beach.
honey its the beach!!!! people are there to have fun.... and you are going to look way selfconcious with your done hair and makeup sitting on the shore. plus its so windy so why bother?
uhm..I'm not sure about the eyeshadows.
When I go to the beach I usually only wear eyeliner.
I guess as long as you don't touch your face in the water you'll be okay.
yup !
just stick to light make up, be sure its waterproof eyeliner and mascara.
wavy natural looking hair will look nice, it will look like the perfect beach hair : )
yes depend wat color skin i think u should go with a wavy messy bun and make sure alll the makeup is water proof
have fun!!!
yes, but just think about the waterproof kind of make up! and don't go over board. I don't think you need the eyeshadow.
yess good idea!
make sure you don't go in the water though!
and if you do,
make it waterproof!
waterproof mascara and long lasting lip gloss hair in a bun or pony tail maybe
How about getting a tan. If your naturally ugly, it might help.

Makeup for the beach, red hair/pale skin?teen?
Hey well I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm going to the beach in a week and I was wondering what kind of makeup I should wear. I'm probably not going to wear makeup to the actual beach but there is like a little town thing within walking distance to the house I'm staying at so I want to look cute but natural. I'm fair skinned (ivory foundation), with freckles, red hair, and hazel/brown eyes depending on the light. I want to wear light makeup but still have it on if you get what that means. Oh and its pretty much inevitable that I will get sunburned even if I pile on sunscreen so if you have any tricks to minimize the appearance of the redness I'd like that. (I used to do this thing with bronzer but I can't remember) Thanks.Makeup for the beach, red hair/pale skin?teen?
Another pale redhead with hazel eyes here! Here are some tips!
As far as sunscreen goes, go for something with an SPF of 60 or higher. I use some random Neutrogena sport sunscreen (sport sunscreens are usually a lot better and longer lasting) with SPF 70, and I've spent entire days out on the lake without burning or freckling. Touch it up every 2-3 hours you're in the sun, and you should be fine. It's safe to use on your face, too.
If you can get away with no foundation, that'd be cool. But if not, go for the lightest coverage foundation you can pull off. Tinted moisturizer, or a light powder foundation will still even out your skin tone, but won't make you look like you're wearing tons and tons of makeup.
As far as eyes go, do a nice, defined, natural looking eye look, use a taupe, or natural looking shadow on your lid. Blend a nice, soft brown into your crease, and use a vanilla highlight on your brow bone. Add mascara. Eyeliner is optional. Use a clear lipgloss, ideally one with SPF, since you'll probably be outside.
Or if you're going to go out, or want a little bit more of a dressy look, try this tutorial with brown eyeshadow, brown eyeliner, and brown-black mascara.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCnJ8B0Ay鈥?/a>
Eyeliner is optional, and totally not necessary, especially if you're going for a lighter look.
Hope this helps!Makeup for the beach, red hair/pale skin?teen?
light brown eyeshadow and natural-looking lip gloss, no red stuff. maybe green eyeliner. remember sunscreen and maybe put foundation on to minimize redness...Do puppies lose their

Eyeliner is optional, and totally not necessary, especially if you're going for a lighter look.
Hope this helps!Makeup for the beach, red hair/pale skin?teen?
light brown eyeshadow and natural-looking lip gloss, no red stuff. maybe green eyeliner. remember sunscreen and maybe put foundation on to minimize redness...

for make-up I would keep it semi-natural. curl your eyelashes and coat on the mascara, but do little or no eyeliner. use a nude tone or beige eyeshadow over the entire lid, brown at the crease (blend it), and then maybe a lighter nude, white, or light pink in the corners to brighten your eyes. a little blush. and very little light pink lipstick...don't do gloss. your hair will stick to it and so will your husband-to-be =). here's something like it:

Remember that on the beach, your hair will most likely be blowing about, so pick a style that will be comfortable in a breeze.
I went with my everyday hair style (but styled by a hairstylist so it looked just a bit nicer) and my everyday make-up because I wanted to look like me at my wedding and in our wedding pictures.
wear your hair down and curl it in reallly loose curls so it's kind of wavy, and maybe just pull a little bit of it up. for make up do two coats of mascara on top, light ( as in thin line) eyeliner on top and 3/4 of the way in on the bottom, use natural eyeshadow so like a light brownish color or gold, with a lighter shimmery color right below the brow bone,
one of my favorite eyeshadows is one of the maybelinnes with four different colors and they're all shimmery and goldish, then just wear a lip gloss. i really like sallly hansen diamond lip treatment in like champange or something, or the co bigelow stuff you can get at bath and bodyworks

Makeup at the beach?
Im going to the beach in three days. I have no idea how to wear my makeup there. I will never not wear makeup out in public.
So how should I wear it.
What is a good oil free sunscreen?Makeup at the beach?
1. NEVER ever ever ever wear a high SPF sunscreen on your face at the beach. Well, unless you want a pale face and a tan body. Wear something between 15 and 30 SPF. I like the proactive oil free moisturizer... it has sunscreen built in.
2. Curl lashes, put clear mascara on, or vaseline instead of mascara. Trust me, salt water means eye-rubbing, which means mascara rings arond your eyes- waterproof or not.
3. Go light on makeup overall. Heavy makeup will only make you feel weighed down and frustrated while you're on the beach. Besides, I don't care what you look like, most guys are repulsed by heavy makeup.
If you have a pimple, you can always buy a tinted suscreen. That will cover it right up! :)Makeup at the beach?
baby sunscreen works well..
just wear light and fun makeup.. a bit of mascara and some eyeshadow.. nothing too dramatic also having a sun kissed glow on your face is pretty :)
I used to feel that way too...until we lived in Hawaii for almost 4 years.
Unless you're going to be in a photo shoot, I recommend that you wear NO makeup. If you absolutely insist...maybe a little water-proof mascara. My experience tells me that the salt water/spray will irritate the hell out of your eyes even if the mascara is water-proof.
i have the same problem hun :)
go to your local drugstore, and buy some waterproof mascara, it works fine (you don't need to splurge). get a cream-based eyeliner or a waterproof eyeliner. if your skin is blotchy etc. so you use concealer, buy a good quality, tinted moisturizer. it will calm your skin while giving you a light tan, erasing any marks. you can also just use concealer, and swim with your head above water and your hair up. don't sweat it :) with a little sun, you'll get a nice tan and you won't feel self conscious, you'll look beautiful. eye makeup is the best bet, you can waterproof easily. have fun. a good oil-free sunscreen is banana boat faces plus oil-free. neutrogena has amazing oil-free (matte, oil-absorbing) tinted moisturizers.
Baby, I'm a ';retired'; swimsuit model and know the tricks of the trade! I'm all for wearing a bit of makeup at the beach! L'Oreal Colorstay has a super line of products that won't come off at the beach. Clean and dry your skin before applying. Another secret tip for lips is: dip a wet q-tip into DRY jello and dab it on your lips! It'll stain them and won't come off!
waterproof mascara and eyeliner and a tinted moaisturizer for your face
Wow! You've really bought into the corproations plans haven't you??? So sad you have such low self esteem!
you should only wear moisturizer w/ spf and waterproof mascara if you plan on getting in the water.
if not, then just go with your usual makeup routine.
i think hawaiian tropics has a good oil free sunscreen.
You should wear a waterproof mascara
Skip the eye liner if you're swimming
Just wear a tinted lip balm or just a lip balm
For the face you can wear a tinted moistuizer w/a cream blush or just wear a sunscreen lotion like olay
get clean and clean invisible stick
So how should I wear it.

Boys! do you care if your gf wears makeup to the beach?
self explanatory =]Boys! do you care if your gf wears makeup to the beach?
i wouldnt care, but id rather her not. like my g.f always thinks she has to look soo amazing for me, and it makes me feel like **** that i make her feel like she needs to look a certain way for me, so id rather her not wear make up at all, but if she does she still looks fine, but better w/o make up. But if ur gonna go swimming that might not turn out so wellBoys! do you care if your gf wears makeup to the beach?
Don't. It'll look really bad.
Be natural. The beach is about being natural and letting him see the real you.
Maybe a thin thin thinnnnnnnnnnn layer of foundation.. or just concealer. And some lipgloss.

Going to the beach and need makeup help?
i'm 14 and am going to the beach with my family. i want to wear makeup but i need a natural look that makes me look, well, pretty. i have blue eyes that change to green, i have clear skin (no oil or acne) and i'm pale (like european skin). i have golden blonde hair that is about an inch above my boobs and i have side bangs. anyway, how should i do my makeup? i want a beachy look that looks natural but still makes me look older. (don't give me crap bout that i like to look older). how can i do this? videos, instructions, pictures, anything would be helpful! thanks!Going to the beach and need makeup help?
What i think would look good on you for the beach is a golden bronze tone of eye shadow. use brown pencil eyeliner and brow\black WATERPROOF mascara. natural yet shiny for the sun!Going to the beach and need makeup help?
well you should wear everything waterproof, the last thing you want in the water is a streaky face. wear an illuminator to brighten your face and make it look natural. if you wear foundation make it really minimal because it could run in the surf, so make sure it has some oil in it so it doesnt wash off. wear a chapstick and a sunscreen under your foundation too.

Suitable makeup for a beach date?
Im going to the beach on a date and Im already self concious about my body...what would be good makeup to wear where Im not going totally makeupless?Suitable makeup for a beach date?
lol...why would you wear makeup to the beach...hey hes gonna see you sooner or later without makeup..he probably laugh when you turn up to the beach with makeupSuitable makeup for a beach date?
to the beach no make up is best --- he likes you so he likes you with or without makeup ---- best wishes
a little eyeliner, very little concealer. and lots o sun screen
Waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Maybe some light, colourful eyeshadow? Lip gloss.
a string bikini and a bottle of oil! thats all you will need , makeup will tend to melt when things heat up..
The cosmetics industry has spent a lot of money brainwashing women into thinking they need makeup to attract men.
The truth is that most men prefer a natural look, or just very minmal makeup.
Wear a swimsuit that flatters your figure, and forget about the makeup.
Light foundation, some light bronzer, and WATERPROOF mascara...Keep it all light and natural
foundation
blush
eyeliner only on top
mascara(curl your lashes for a dramatic look)
lightly tinted lip gloss
just maybe concealer and powder and browns and pink on the eye and a little eyeliner but dont over do it
Go light, and don't bother putting anything on that is not waterproof. It will come of in a second.
Tinted moisteriser, cream or bronzer blush, clear lip gloss and maybe some aterproof masscarra (but I usually don't wear masscara to the beach because it can still leave big black marks if you swim and wipe your eyes too much...also loose, natural curls looks casual and girly.
waterproof mascara
colored lip gloss

Should i wear makeup to beach/pool?
im going on vacation in july to the beach and the hotel im staying at has 3 pools so i'll be swimming or shopping pretty much the whole time im there. So my question is what makeup should i wear when im going swimming if any? and what makeup should i wear when im just around town shopping and stuff? (this is a humid and hot place so something that won't run or feel uncomfortable) I almost always wear makeup so i'll feel weird if i don't but it'll all come off in the water anyways so..
anyways...i usually wear
-black or brown eyeliner
-eyeshadow
-black mascara
-lipgloss
thanks =DShould i wear makeup to beach/pool?
No make-up is always better than make-up that is running. Maybe try a sunless tanning lotion to give your face a little color without the running of make-up. Maybe a little lip gloss. Forget all eye make-up. Have fun!!! That's all that really matters!Should i wear makeup to beach/pool?
For the pool you might do a tinted moisturizer with SPF in it. I love eyeliner myself, but for the pool you might just do waterproof mascara and some chapstick.
While shopping, try Bare Escentuals make-up. It has SPF, but it doesn't get sticky and gross like a regular foundation. You can get it for any skin tone and they have tones of fun colors of eyeshadow. An awesome mascara I like is Kiss Me Mascara. It lengthens, thickens, and seperates. It is a little pricey, but worth it. Check out Amazon.com for make-up deals! It's a one stop shop.
I'm vain and love make-up too! So I wear waterproof mascara on curled lashes, and SPF 15 lipstick in a great color. (Ooh, I forgot my chapstick, all I have is my lipstick with sunscreen OOPS!) Mascara and lipstick is enough for the pool. Add more for shopping if you want to take off your fab sunglasses at the mall or shopping street.
I'm old so I also brush on Bare Minerals foundation which is SPF 15 so I have an excuse, LOL! But it looks natural.
Have fun on your trip.
actually there is waterproof makeup not just talking about mascara and eyeliner. sephora has a whole line on waterproof makeup like Make Up For Ever ( the name says it all) check out website
holy crap..uh NO....i would only recommend MAYBE eyeliner and like a lipstain or something if you have to. if you get a nice tan youll look better naturally then with a ton of makeup on. i really dont get girls who wear makeup to the pool.
dont bother with make-up if you are going swimming. if you go out later, put it on if you want to look nice
and for a good hair style, take a headband and pull your bangs back
no because especially to the beach dont because the makeup clogs your pores and if you dont wear any the salt water helps to cleanse your face
at the pool the make up can just make the water dirty
i hope this helps :)
no eyeliner. waterproof makeup can be worn. still more tips in www.jmbeautytips.com
stick with your basic waterproof mascara and some chapstick...test out your waterproof mascara before you get there..see how waterproof it really is. good luck
you shouldn't wear any eye product cuz it'll just run down your face and look horrible..
Nope! Its just the pool!
anyways...i usually wear

Do you wear a full face of makeup on the beach?
When I go away I only tend to wear eye makeup and perhaps bronzer in the evening
But I know a few people wear the full lot- concealer, foundation, blusher etc
What do you do?Do you wear a full face of makeup on the beach?
Same as you, some waterproof mascara during the day, then some eyeliner and normal mascara in the evening and a little bit of bronzer on my cheeks and eyelids.
I don't get girls who wear full slap in the hot sun - it melts and can clog the pores. Better to use sunscreen.Do you wear a full face of makeup on the beach?
Its is only but practical to apply sun screen on your face to protect your skin from the UV rays of the sun, does almost having a feeling of a foundation but of course the sun will be doing the tanning of your skin to give you some nice sexy coloring, but I would suggest to apply some styling around the eye area such as an Eyeliner, water proof masqara and a good shade of lipstick in a tropical shade depending upon your actual skin tone.
Im not sure.
It just melts off your face in the sun, but I guess it depends who im on holiday with with.
My mum always moans at me when I put makeup on on holiday that we're not gonna see anyone we know and people dont care what you look like, but I feel so so so so so so so so so so so so so ugly without makeup. I normally wear concealer, foundation, bronzer, mascara and eyeliner, and without all this its awful .. =[
But if I went with friends I think I might feel under pressure to put it on because they probably would and I wouldnt wanna look really ugly next to them..
I go light weight to the beach, not a lot of eye makeup either because if you swim you end up looking like someone punched you in both your eyes @ once. I stick with clear mascara, use pencil 4 eyeliner and a hot gloss. I let my lips do the talkin for me that day, literally lol
No, never, I'm a mascara and lipgloss woman, I very, very rarely have a full face of make up on.
Not on the beach when its gonna get washed away and all sweaty and stuff. I usually go for a tinted moisturiser and some waterproof mascara but that's pretty much it.
Does sunscreen, a parasol and a sulky paranoid look on my face because I want to avoid the sun count?!
People who wear full make-up on thre beach must have NO self esteen whatsoever!
I hardly every wear makeup. Only on special occasions or when I feel like putting it on.
how are you supposed to tan if you wear make up on the beach? thats silly wearing it
i only wear make up in the evenings if im going out
I have permanent eyeliner. The tattooed kind? So mine doesn't go away or anything. So yeah.
That's about it cause I can't get rid of it for another five years.
o yes i wouldn't go out without the full slap on, get the bucket and spade for the kids and a trowel for me.
I never wear make-up on the beach, maybe a tad of lip gloss just to keep my lips hydrated and that's it...
it would run off and get all gross anyway
and you're at a beach to have fun : )
I just put on some lip balm and sunscreen
What never on the beach and I don't wear makeup when going out to dinner either.
And just for the record I am female
no
i don't even wear lipgloss or mascara
Its hard to find the right shade of green So I've given up altogether
Yes I do
No, I don't wear makeup
God nah....im beautiful without all that slap!! ha
no on the beach i wear no makeup lol
no I don't
Wouldn't it all just run?
sorry, I'm a guy don't know much about make up
just sunblock for me
But I know a few people wear the full lot- concealer, foundation, blusher etc

Makeup for the beach?
I'm going to florida to see some friends and will be spending a fair amount of time at the beach. I don't want to wear a whole lot of makeup, any suggestions to a light foundation? I have waterproof mascara and a touch-base for my lids. Maybe a matte foundation? Suggestions?Makeup for the beach?
i agree with tinted moisturizer - with sunblock in it. you should really try not to wear makeup on the beach.Makeup for the beach?
omigod... i use Cliniques up lighting liquid illuminator...it gives me a sunkissed look and i just apply a light concealer and blush...LOOKS SO GOOD! And its so light on my skin it doesn't make me feel like i have layers caked on...plus its OIL FREE!
mineral foundation will keep your face matte, is good for your skin, and is a natural spf 15 sunscreen. bare essentuals makes one you can get on line, but l'oreal sells a line in the drugstore
I use Este Lauder, and it has sunscreen already in it. It blends really well. You should go to your local mall, and have them match you with a foundation with SPF in it. Try all the diff rent ones for you until you find the right one for your shade.Have FUN :)
try powder foundadion...it wont look funny when you get out of the water.... i love my arbon stuff...and its realy nice for swiming...and water proof maskara is great ((just make sure you have a good brush so it wont clump))... maskara should be all the make up you need...unless you want foundation...because eye color and blush/bronzer look too done up for a day at the beach
good luck

i agree with tinted moisturizer - with sunblock in it. you should really try not to wear makeup on the beach.Makeup for the beach?

Do you wear makeup at the beach?
no. unless you wear waterproof makeup. otherwise, your makeup will slide off. also, make sure your makeup has spf, or the makeup could help you burn if you don't have sunscreen on.Do you wear makeup at the beach?
Yes I use Eyeliner %26amp; Lip Gloss Report Abuse
Do you wear makeup at the beach?
It depends who I am with I may wear a little if I am going with a group of males but in general I'm there for the tan and the makeup will spoil that.
If you are self conscious about your skin but plan on going to the beach my advice is tinted moisturizer it gives you a clear look without looking like you wearing make-up.
If I don't have plan to go swimming just walking around yes i do, but I don't forget to cover my face with sunblock before applying my makeup.
No. Theres no point.

you would just look better the way you are.

How to look sexy on the beach without no facial makeup?
lots of sunscreen, a sexy bikini, lip balm. let your hair down so the salt water can give it pretty waves.
dont wear any makeup, not even waterproof. when you see ads for waterproof makeup and they have those models in the water it all looks fake, nobody would go swimming with that much makeup onHow to look sexy on the beach without no facial makeup?
Don't wear waterproof eye make up because it comes off in the water (even though it says waterproof, no matter how expensive the stuff is)
However I usually wear waterproof lipgloss. Maybelline Superstay is the best. It says on even if you're crashing the waves like I do. If you want, wear a tinted sunscrean to hide blemishes. Wear your hair down, and when u come out of the water just put in some leave-in conditioner so your hair dries soft and smooth (and is protected from the sun). And lastly, you have to feel good to look good. Try and have a fun, relaxing time, and make sure to laugh and smile! How to look sexy on the beach without no facial makeup?
ALL U NEED IS:
a bathing suit (wow of course... but a cute one!) haha
SUNGLASSES
LIP GLOSS
and if you are seriously worried about your look i would say eyeliner or mascara.
Not too much at all!! YOU ARE AT THE BEACH not a fashion show lol.
hope i helped! have.... fun??? hahah ya have fun!!! :D
tinted moisterizer with spf and tinted chapstick with spf and some waterproof mascara. you will look sexy and be protected from the sun :)
wear a shimmering chap stick or wear a little mascara or eyeliner.
a little shimmer highlighter under your brows will look sexy too.
good luck!
just wash your face and put some sunscreen with protection, that has some natural mineral pigments that give the skin a even tone with a golden glow, and some lip gloss (also with UV protection)
Wear golden bronze tones waterproof make-up, it`s summertime.
concealor to even out the skin tone..its usually heavy so it wont 'run'; some shimmery lip gloss and cute accessories for the bathing suit ...flip flops sunglasses hat bracelet henna tattoo....
Waterproof mascara, sun protection lipgloss, big sunnies, tinted sunscreen if you have bad skin, and loose braids.
do you brows and put on sum carmax and im sure they have shimmery sunblock sumwhere ! and a cute swim suit never hurt anyone eighther
Read what you just asked back to yourself
Wear water proof, I wouldn't dare go without.

Mineral makeup on the beach?
I'll be going to the beach for a few days, and I have Maybelline's Mineral Power. Can I use it under the sun? I will be applying SPF as a base.Mineral makeup on the beach?
Yes, I have actually been using that exact foundation for sun protection when I go to the beach, I have pale skin, and I havent been getting sunburnt. The only problem with it is that it just comes off when you go swimming in the salt water.Mineral makeup on the beach?
Yes, that will work well! :)
YUP you'll be fine, hun!
:-)
mineral powder is like the best thing ever, so much better than liquid foundation. i used mine on the beach in Florida over reading week with sun block underneath and it was perfect.

10 points for best answer!!!!! makeup for beach?
For vacation, I am going to the island of Bali. It is very humid though, and i need to look good when i go to the beach (my older cousin has really hot friends). So i also need some sunblock, and i was thinking about a timted moisturizer or something, because foundation is a definite no no for the beach. Maybe a palette that has everything i need. anyways, please some suggestions of products and the brands... price doesn't really matter, as long as it works. Thanks! 10 Pts to best answers!10 points for best answer!!!!! makeup for beach?
Makeup on the beach is a no no. You're there to relax and have fun. If you just NEED to wear at least some form of makeup, wear tinted moisturizer. And that's it. If you don't wear makeup, it might impress them more that you can go without makeup (though not sure seeing as how I'm not a guy XD). I'm not sure what a good product for that would be, since I don't wear tinted moisturizer, but I would check out M.A.C. or Clinique. Maybe CoverGirl. But no makeup would be your best bet 'cause you wouldn't have to worry about the water messing it up or whatever. Hope this answered your question!10 points for best answer!!!!! makeup for beach?
Covergirl marathon mascara, Clinique gel rouge, (You will NOT sweat either of those off easily) Use a long wear lipstick like MAC, Infinity or Covergirl, the type that comes with a stain and then a gloss. Just be careful with those as they are drying to your lips. Another option is a tinted lip gloss with a good spf. be careful with sunblock and test it on your skin before you go (You do not want to break out when you are there) Stick with a clinique or presciptive or orgins type that is non irritating.
oh just be yourself :)
Well I did this and got some hits off guys
Try a Spray-on Tan
You might be tempted to bake in a tanning bed for a few weeks before you go, but try a spray-on tan instead. The benefits are numerous – no burning, no weird goggle lines, no UV exposure and you get a great-looking tan almost immediately. Just remember that since it’s artificial, you’ll still need to use sunscreen at the beach to protect your skin.
Moisturizer
Salt water and sunlight will dry out your skin even with the best sunscreens, so your moisturizer needs to be up to the challenge. Look for moisturizers that are fortified with vitamin E and botanicals.
Sunscreen
Protect yourself with sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 – 30 is better. Look for products that are waterproof and incorporate a moisturizer to help pull double duty under the sun’s glare.
Manicure Set
Whether it’s building sand castles, parasailing or just collecting seashells, your nails can take a beating at the beach. Be ready for repairs. For durable all-day protection, pack a good clear polish and go with the natural look.
Foundation
Your spray-on tan may give you all the foundation coverage you need for the beach. But if you still feel the need, look of a waterproof variety with a sheer luminous coverage. Apply only where needed – around your eyes and over the apples of your cheeks. This will give you coverage without looking made-up. Between the sun and the surf, the less makeup you have on (or at least feel like you have on), the better.
Concealer
A few daps under your eyes is probably all you need, but it will be indispensable if the sun and the surf cause any little imperfections to pop up. Look for a waterproof variety and if it says it is sweatproof, all the better.
Cheeks
Stay with the natural look and try a cheek stain to give your cheeks a little extra color without overdoing it. Of course, waterproof is the way to go here as well.
Eye Shadow
Go with something light and close to your skin tone. Depending on your pre-trip tanning, something in the gold or vanilla family can give you just the right amount of highlight without looking “made-up.” Colors with some subtle shimmer can catch the sun and give your eyes some extra pop. Again, waterproof is the way to go.
Mascara %26amp; Eyeliner
Mascara can be tricky when you know you’re going to sweat and probably be submerged at some point during the day. Waterproof mascara can be especially harsh on your lashes, but a water-resistant variety can give you the same run protection while treating your lashes a little more gently. As for eyeliner, a waterproof product is your best bet. Use a thin line close to your lashes in a charcoal or dark brown shade.
Lips
A sheer shimmery lip tint with an SPF of 15 or more can give your lips a great sheen and sun protection as well.
Tips for a night out: Have some fun with your shadow and add some extra shimmer. Also pack a facial highlighting pen to help erase shadows and give your look that extra zing
Lorac and Philosophy make good tinted moisturizers that have SPF 30, which you definitely want if your going to the beach. You can find both of these at Sephora. Since your gonna be on a beach you wanna keep your makeup light. I'd say put on some waterproof mascara, a creamy blush, and some sheer lipgloss. And if you want to look a little tan, a bronzer would be good, too. I like the ones that they have at Victoria Secret. Since its really humid, you want something that'll keep your hair from getting all frizzy and ugly. John Frieda Frizz-Ease Serum works well.
Have a nice trip!
Keep it simple, yeah? You're going to the beach. You don't need to pile on makeup. I recommend waterproof eyeliner and mascara, just in case.
Simple. Tan while you are here in a tanning salon. When you get there you will have a natural glow...
no makeup on beaches! your relaxing not impressing
i agree with no make up!
but...
heres some..
wetseal waterproof mascara/eyeliner.
its a great brand at a low price!
stila face illuminator. its spf 15 and its light and foundation-like. it covers things up and gives a healthy glow. perfect for the beach and everyday!
Use mineral makeup. It is a natural sunblock so you won't get overdone by the sun.

i would go to a local drugstore buy some waterproof makeup, sunblock, and a lipbalm. Thats all you'll need for the beach, anything else will run.
Translucent loose powder is your best friend during the heat of summer,'; explains Boyd. ';Stop using the powder compacts they are filled with waxes and fillers that causes the face to shine and forces you to reapply touch-ups throughout the day. Instead, apply foundation then set it generously with loose powder and blot with a tissue during the day, you'll never have to pull out that compact again.';
(Bare Minerals Mineral Veil is the absolute crme de la crme, in my product obsessed opinion!)
tinted sunblock is good but you don't really need more than that. If you want mascara go with waterproof and also a nice SPF 15+ tinted lip balm. If you put on too much you won't have an even tan on your face.
use good makeup!!!!!!!!!!!
Wear sunscreen that last about 12 hours over your face.Make sure it has enough SPF and is water proof, and also that it has quick dry. After spreading it about 20 or more minutes, wear make-up.Try ';Mac's Overlay';.It will spread a light color over the sunscreeen, creating a beautiful sensational look.It is also water proof.
makeup is so ugly none at all maybe some sun tan lotion
Keep it light thats all you need to know
I've recently discovered that those mineral powder foundations have a waterproof quality to them. I found one at Target and bought it on a whim- love it! Great coverage- doesn't come right off, feels light. I think it was made by Revlon.
Totally. But it will help if all of your makeup is waterproof. Just in case u go swimming or you sweat. Also, keep it light.
okay revlon or avon has water proof EVERYTHING.. just go to a store clerk person and ask them to show you the section .. and i promise that stuff does NOT come off with water .. and it doesnt cause too much thickness. and its good for the hear sunblock.. go with aveeno because its smooth and it works
The first one seems to be exactly what you're looking for.

Have fun!!
use a self tanning lotion on your face %26amp; body.
they're cheap and your skin will glow! so no need for foundation or whatevs..it'll come off in the water.
so make sure you use your tanner a few days before you go to bali.
get a self tanning lotion with sunblock in it! :)
palmers cocoa butter tanner is really good!!! it makes you glow.
just use water proof make up
I wouldn't think that you needed make-up since you're going to an island with I assume lots and lots of sun
use a little bit, not alot ! make sure u look hot~!
i personallly woubldnt wear any at all because if you plan on goin in the water its gonna wash up or
smear bad
but if youre a layer-on-the-sand-checkout-guys girl
i would wwear what you usually do. most guys say
they dont like that but they still go for those girls(men.*sigh*)
but in any case, just wear waterproof mascara an maybe eyeliner, and youll be beach ready!
best of luck.
i can fly u there if u want

tinted sunblock is good but you don't really need more than that.

This one comes with color pigments that can be added, so you can directly match it with your skin.

This one is in compact form, which could be good to use with either of the other two for a finishing touch.

Have fun!!
use a self tanning lotion on your face %26amp; body.
they're cheap and your skin will glow! so no need for foundation or whatevs..it'll come off in the water.
so make sure you use your tanner a few days before you go to bali.
get a self tanning lotion with sunblock in it! :)
palmers cocoa butter tanner is really good!!! it makes you glow.
just use water proof make up
I wouldn't think that you needed make-up since you're going to an island with I assume lots and lots of sun
use a little bit, not alot ! make sure u look hot~!
i personallly woubldnt wear any at all because if you plan on goin in the water its gonna wash up or
smear bad
but if youre a layer-on-the-sand-checkout-guys girl
i would wwear what you usually do. most guys say
they dont like that but they still go for those girls(men.*sigh*)
but in any case, just wear waterproof mascara an maybe eyeliner, and youll be beach ready!
best of luck.
i can fly u there if u want

Please tell me anything and if you put links that would be great. Thanks!=]I'm going to the jersey shore for a week and I need good makeup to wear at the beach. any ideas?

Waterproof mascara and eyeliner, maybelline has both. Of course MAC has both too but if your looking for a cheaper one, maybelline's great.
Hey Jill,
Wow that guy above is a jerk.
Here is a great instructional video i found on youtube about evening make-up products and application
:)

Well what you want to do is try to be as natural as you can when your on the beach you want to be comfortable so go with a water proof base mascara and a little bit of spf foundation dont try to put on eyeliner your going to the beach so you dont want to look so done up for water.
Well, it would best if you didnt have makeup at all so it doesnt melt off. Maybe try just wearing big sunglasses so then your stylish and protecting your eyes.
BUT if you would be more comfortable with makeup, Im not really into expenisve stuff. Try NYC Waterproof Mascara; it's only like 3.99 and its AMAZING! I also like NYCs waterproof/budgeproof eyeliner. Again, its only like 2.99 and its so good! I wore it to an amusement park and it stayed for atleast 3 hours! I cant really help you with foundation since I personally dont use it, but I hope it helps!
well jill, i am glad you asked.if your going to the shore your gonna need alot of hair gel. big hair is big down there.basically hooker is the theme you want to go for, lots of eyeshadow, like you have two black eyes(who knows you might get real ones). spray paint is probably your best option.just tape your eyes %26amp; mouth with tape and spray away.inhale the fumes for that meth hooker look and you with be set .glad i could help.

Do you wear any makeup at the beach or pool?
I do, but I keep it light and use the waterproof kind!Do you wear any makeup at the beach or pool?
NO. once you jump in the water it'll all run off. maybe a tinted moisturizer with spf 15 or more. and maybe a little eyeliner but otherwise no way.Do you wear any makeup at the beach or pool?
well i usually start out with it on, although if I know I'm going swimming that day, I will try to stay away from the eyeliner and mascara. It doesn't turn out looking so pretty, lol, everything washes off or you sweat it off anyway
Yeah I usually just wear waterproof mascara so that the sun wont hurt my eyes a lot and it makes em stand out when ur not wearing any makeup at all.
No. It would wash off anyways. And it is just something unnecessary to worry about
no, even waterproof mascara comes off in the pool, but i do sometimes bring lip balm with spf.

Lip balm with SPF, that's it!

I keep it low maitnence when i go swimming, I usually wear waterproof mascara and a bit of foundation
No, I don't, I'm not that vain!
i never do that and if i do it has has has to be water proof
wear tinted sunscreen. mascara, lip gloss. thats all.
Sometimes I put on a bit of lipgloss and water-proof mascara.

Beach bonfire makeup, hair, and outfit?
going to one of my countless bonfires at the beach tonight
its pretty cold
and i was thinking of maybe doing a soft smokey eye
and maybe messy hair
what should i wear?
and is my makeup and hair a good idea?Beach bonfire makeup, hair, and outfit?
Since its on the beach..
I would wear darker colors to accompany the smokey eye look.
Wear dark wash jeans with flip flops. And then, Wear a cute v-neck tank that you can just put a fitted zip up sweatshirt over.Beach bonfire makeup, hair, and outfit?
go for this look
http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/dailyp鈥?/a>
any one of them is fine .. im talkin outfits though..
hair you should go for something like this:
http://styletips101.com/hair-how-tos/wav鈥?/a>
makeup you should go for something like this:
http://www.nakedmineralscosmetics.com/as鈥?/a>
the nautral look..
good luck and have fun! i wish i lived by a beach.. its cold down here.. :[
I am sorry... but posting such a predicament online?
Get some jeans, a t-shirt,... Have fun and try not to be so shallow.
Light foundation, actually light makeup over all and I think some cute capris and maybe a boyfriend cut sweatshirt.
make up : gorgeous!
hair: gorgeous!
espoecially for a bon fire at the beach
i would sayy that u should wear skinny jeans
[[if u have them if not wear reg. ones.]]
and flip slops
i no u siad that it was cold but it'll be fine if ur by a fire
and then a cute fitted tee that match ur shoes with a sweatshirt
[[zipppy or hooodie]]
that also matches ur shoes.
have funn and good luck! : )
Hair and makeup sound perfect. I would wear a tank, jeans, flip flops and a cute sweater or fitted hoodie. Even if it is cold, you will be by the fire, so I think sandals would be fine.
You should wear shimmery blush because the bonfire will definitely bring out the pretty sparkles. I don't recommend the smokey eyes because it's going to be dark and the make up is going to make you look very tired and old. Make your eyes crisp and clear, not dark.
Also, wear a cute gray turtleneck or any sweater with dark jeans. Footwear doesn't really matter. Boots would be cute.
Wear your hair however you want to. Messy hair sounds good.
Makeup and hair sounds perfect. If its chilly I would go with a long colored tank with a white zip up and jeans. Something like that would be super cute and it wouldnt look to dressy for a bonfire. Have Fun!
yeah.
just look casual.
maybe put on a comfy pair of jeans or a cute like sweat outfit...i would suggest the sweat outfit because bon fires arn't meant to me all dressy and high fashion. they are jsut supposed to be comfortable..but if you wear jeans wear a cute sweatshirt with it...for the sweat ourfit or the jeans. wear flipflops..your going to be by a fire anyways right?
and yeah i think that your makeup is a good idea
and your hair is good :) matbe a messy bun or wear it curly or something
have fun!
well if you wear you hair messy and down, it might get frizzy...you should wear your hair in a cute messy bun...do the soft smokey eye thing with shiny lipgloss and blush...since it will be chilly...wear a cute tank top w/ a sweater and jeans or cute shorts...
hair and make-up=great!
for something to wear,wear cute jeans,tennishoes,or dress shoes,and a nice shirt,and bring a sweatshirt
If pretty cold id go with a hot tank top over it a jean jacket.. and a pair or caprees or cute jeans
smokey eye sounds good
for hair i give it bounce but straigten maybe a little wavy not messy
Well it depends. If you usually go to a casual bonfire than just wear sweats and flip flops. If you should be more dressed up than that wear jeans, flip flops, and a flowy shirt, maybe a babydoll top. Be sure to bring a jacket in case it gets cold! Another thing you could wear are leggings with a skirt and pretty much any top you like.
For makeup: a soft smoky eye sounds nice-- you should probably go natural for the bonfire though-- foundation/coverup (whatever you use) if you have a compact blush with a mix of tans/pinks/brownish colors lightly blush your cheeks. If you want, highlite your cheekbones with darker blush to accentuate them. Apply eyeliner (but dont over do it), mascara, and if you decide not to do the smoky look, go with lighter eye shadows to accentuate your darker eyes. If you have blue eyes wear blue top eyeliner instead of regular eyeliner. Also, wear a nice pinkish lip gloss -- no dark lipsticks.
Now for the Hair: Messy works. You should definitely wear your hair down for a bonfire. If you have straight hair maybe add loose curls at the ends of your locks with a curling or straightening iron. If you have curly hair you should make it nice or straighten it- only if you are familiar with straightening your hair and know it looks good when you do it. Dont go with your hair wet! make sure its dry! especially so you dont get pnemonia ! lol =)
I really hope this helps you and you will look great!! =)
Have fun at your bonfire!

Since you're ivory skinned with blonde hair, try a fun eyeliner. Instead of a brown, try a deep navy.
Or, if you want super natural, try bronzer, waterproof mascara, and lip gloss! You're super gorgeous, so you'll look good either way!
I think your makeup in that picture looks great! Go with that.
If you wanted to add color, maybe a subtle aqua eyeliner or eyeshadow would look great!

I have serious dark circles and i wanted to know if i should wear makeup to the beach?
im not really comfortable without makeup and i want to kno is it good for your skin will it break you out or will it melt off your face when you are tanning. i also want to know if your face would get a tan if you have on makeupI have serious dark circles and i wanted to know if i should wear makeup to the beach?
get some bare minerals or i use smokymountain minerals, they have a website same stuff and a lot cheaper. i love mine, its water proof, so light, keeps the pores clean and i can put it on and then put tanning lotion on before going into a tanning bed, i never have streaks or anything like i would with regular makeup. also the concealer can be mixed with lotion to form a liquid form and that covers up the dark circles great. i have them too.I have serious dark circles and i wanted to know if i should wear makeup to the beach?
Use a fake self-tanner, then wear a sunhat and sunglasses. No makeup needed, you'll look great, your under-eye circles won't show, and you won't damage your skin so you won't look ancient way before your time.
Sometimes dark circles are a result of dehydration so just make sure you're drinking lots of water and use a moisturizer under your eyes with SPF. If you still are uncomfortable use a light concealer and make sure it's blended very well since you won't be wearing other makeup.
1 - drink at least 3 glasses of water daily, and be consistent
2 - get min. 8hrs. of sleep, lack of it invites the raccoon eyes
3 - I use a product called Extreme Eye Rescue by Isabella Pelle. It works for me, no more eye puffiness, lightened the dark circles considerably, so much so that my mother now uses it as well and she is 60yrs old.
http://www.isabellapelle.com/eyewrinklec鈥?/a>
hope this helps you....
So if you want to tan on your face, then wear no make up BUT you shouldn't be tanning in the sun. Skin cancer can show up as early as your late twenties and I assume you still have a long way to go before you are around that age. If you start tanning now, you are going to cause so much skin damage like you will not believe. There are a few good self tanners you can buy, but really research to know which ones will give you a natural hue rather than orange. I suggest you go to a spa and get a spray tan. It will be costly, but you will look naturally tanned and not ';faked and baked';.
Also, when you get the tan, make sure you look at your make up and see if you need to buy a darker foundation, a different shade of lipstick/gloss for everyday wear, etc. Go to MAC and they will help you.
use make up with SPF so your skin wont get damaged %26amp; put waterproof eye makeup i did this before.

Do you wear makeup to the beach?
what do you wear?Do you wear makeup to the beach?
YESSS water proof makeup.
When your at the beach in a swimsuit people look at you so you want to look pretty because they will look...so yeah, I wear a ton of makeupDo you wear makeup to the beach?
thanks for BA Report Abuse
I don't wear makeup period.
Only lipgloss,to keep my lips from not drying up. That doesn't feel good, and I hate the taste of my lipgloss. Stupid Jolly Rancher cherry lipgloss.
yes, just a lil bit of bronzer. no eye stuff. If you get wet, it will run.
Maybe chapstick or a lip gloss, and a bronzer, but that's about it.
yes, just foundation on the face. I have some facial scars.
I don't..it would just come off anyway

Try a tinted moisturizer.
If you dont have time to go out and buy one .. make your own. Take some moisturizer and put it in the palm of your hand .. and then take some foundation and put a little in your hand .. mix it up and wah-la! It wont look like you're wearing foundation cause it will be so light .. but enough to even out your skintone.
You can also put a little bit in a jar or something and bring it with you to touch up in the bathroom after you've been in the water.
Have fun at the beach!Quick advice for the beach blotches without makeup?
Tinted moisturizer is the best, or use gel-based liquid foundation if u want more coverage. Do apply sunscreen with high SPF and PA from dark spots and wrinkles.

Nothing but waterproof mascara and a good tinted lip balm. Whatever you do, don't wear face makeup. It'll just look bad.
You could probably try for a nice cream eyeshadow on your lids, if you're looking for more. Maybe something with a little glitter to it.
Edit:
Someone else mentioned lip stain under the lip balm. That's a great idea, if you want your lips to show up more.Makeup to wear to the beach?
#1 Rule of Summer: Do not wear creams! They will melt off your face. Stick to powders.
I suggest waterproof mascara and eyeliner, and pressed powder if you must. Since you are going to the beach, put on a little bronzer. Finish it off with chapstick or a tinted lip balm (with SPF!!). Put a light stain on underneath if you like lipstick or want more color. Do not use lipstick or lip gloss; the heat with make it gross. Keep it light and natural, and remember to make sure everything is waterproof!!
P.S. Remember to put sunscreen on your face before you put on makeup.
I live at the beach and go almost every day and what I like to do is prep with Biore's moisturizer that has SPF 30. After that you could try a foundation or powder, what works for hours in and out of the water for me is almay's dry skin formula, which also has spf. After that, I put on a punch of water proof mascara and chap stick.
waterproof eyeliner and waterproof mascara, but i find the waterproof mascaras don't work that well. but the eyeliners stay on forever. also you can get elizabeth arden zinc, its just like foundation only it comes in foundation colors and protects you from the sun like zinc, so its just like picking out a foundation, there are also a few zincs that are skin coloured.
i would just use mascara.. like 2 coats on the top %26amp; bottom (waterproof) some chapstick, %26amp; a face power since liquid would probably rub ogg =( i wouldnt put on eyeliner only because you dont wanna look sooo ';done up';.. ur going swimming! keep it semi-natural!
Tinted moisturizer (looks a lot more natural) and water proof mascara, anything else would look out of place at the beach...and if you go in the water or you sweat...you won't look like amy winehouse
I would suggest wearing tinted moisturizer with spf if you feel like you need coverage.
Waterproof mascara and a tinted lip balm.
:)
well, it will just come off if your getting into the water and getting your face wet.
but i'd suggest water proof mascara and/or water proof eyeliner
and maybe some tinted mousturizer.
wear bright colors like pink etc...it brings out the mood
waterproof brown eyeliner and powder is enough :] have fun
