Makeup and hairstyles for the beach?

im going to the beach next week; and im trying to decide what kind of makeup to wear in the pool and ocean and on the beach. i know some people say dont wear any makeup but i want to, because i feel weird without it. so what should i wear? i have fair skin and blue gray eyes. also i was wondering what some good hairstyles were while on the beach. i have very thin hair. i usually striaghten it every day but i dont feel like doing that every morning at the beach. what are some cute hairstyles? thanks!Makeup and hairstyles for the beach?
Wow, we are a lot alike! I also have very fair skin, blue gray eyes, and very thin hair that I straighten every day! Haha, anyways, I know what you mean. I don't really feel comfortable not wearing any makeup either. So what I would do is instead of a heavy foundation, wear a tinted moisturizer. It's much lighter yet still gives you a nice glow. If you have darkness under your eyes, try putting some white eyeliner on your waterline and on the inner corner of your eye. It really brightens up your eye without using a concealer. For eyes, wear some waterproof mascara (since you'll be swimming). Eyeshadow is optional. I wouldn't wear any because it will probably wash off, but if you want to, try some golden/bronze tones. They're great for a summer, beachy look!

As for hair, I would scrunch it. All you have to do is put some mousse or hairspray on your hair while it's damp, and scrunch it so it gets those cool beachy waves. It's a really great hairstyle because it won't get ruined in the water! Another option is putting it up into a messy bun.

Well I hope this helps out! Have fun at the beach!!Makeup and hairstyles for the beach?
K, so for makeup remember less is more, especially when you're outdoors. So I would use a waterproof mascara and a waterproof eyeliner for your eyes and then a tinted moisturizer for your face. And that's it because that all you need! Looking good at the beach is about looking natural, I mean look at all the Hollister/Roxy/Billabong beachy girl models, they look like they're not even wearing makeup!

So for hairstyles, you could braid it overnight when it's wet so you have cute waves to next day, or you could just put it in a french braid for the day. Ummmm, you could part your hair in the middle and take a small front section or our bangs from each side of your hair, twist it, and pin it back for and instant hippy look. Messy buns are always cute or you could just do a high ponytail tooo! Have fun at the beachh!
i'm only 13 soo if i don't help as much then sorry):

ohkay , sooo for the makeup use waterproof makeup(:

the makeup you use should only be for your eyes ;

such as waterproof mascara and waterproof eyeliner(:

go to your local drugstore %26amp; choose which ever brand of eyeliner and mascara you like and see if they have a waterproof version of it .

then for your hair ... hmmm , since you don't like to straighten it ,

maybe you could put it up in a bun or a ponytail(: you could use a clip or a hair tye(:

hope i helped ! %26lt;3
well, you don't really need makeup, but if you feel as though you need to then just wear what you think looks good and won't smudge or wash of when you go swimming.

your hair would look really nice if you left it down, but if you want you could do half up, half down and have half of your hair tied back in a cute ponytail.
well. for makeup i usually don't wear makeup if i go in the pool. but for hair. let your hair down or scrunch it. natural looks best on the beach. hope i helped.
Get some Sea Salt Texturizing Spray, such as

Aquage Sea Salt Texturizing Spray,

to spray in after you get out of the water. It leaves a beachy wave that's super cute!

Also, another cute look is to apply your favorite mousse (I like Garnier Fructis XXL Volume!) in your hair then french braid it at night, then when it dries, it has really cute waves.

Pair these two styles with the Lauren Conrad braid,

(here's an amazing tutorial from YouTube to learn how!)

to keep bangs back (if you don't have bangs, it's still cute!) and you're ready to go! Just don't put a lot of products in your hair since you have thin hair.

For makeup, start with a lotion to keep your skin hydrated. Look for one with SPF for that extra protection.

The biggest thing that will help keep your makeup on all day is a face primer. I really like Mac Prep %26amp; Prime, and it's cheaper than a lot of other Primers I've seen. If you have anything else on with SPF, you really don't need the one with SPF in it. If you do get the one with SPF, it has SPF 50. You can get this at a MAC store or at the MAC counter in any department store.

Of course a waterproof mascara is the way to go. Personally, I like Covergirl Lash Blast Waterproof from Drugstores, or Lancome Definicils Waterproof HD Mascara, from Sephora or the Lancome counter in Macy's.

It's pricier, but it's a really great formula. For non-waterproof mascara for restaurants and lounging days, I ADORE Lancome Definicils Pro HD with the CURVED brush!

I completely adore Drugstore mascara, but I will spend the extra money on this one. It's got a curved brush, which for some reason, a lot of people think it's weird? I don't know. I prefer it actually, but it doesn't come in waterproof. So that sucks.

Pair this with a tinted moisturize for sheer, lightweight coverage and a bronzer for contouring. My favorite is Nars Laguna, which is $30, but it's very elegant and isn't as glittery as other bronzers. It's definitely worth the $30!

You can add blush if that's your daily routine, but I personally have naturally rosy cheeks. Something like the Benefit box sets are very flattering and last awhile.

I also like the Almay naturals collection, from any Drugstore, or any mineral blush!

You don't really need any eyeshadow on the beach, but for a night out, you could wear some browns in varying shades to create a subtle smoky eye.

Finish off with a chapstick with SPF in it, such as Softlips, which has SPF 20. Add a clear lip gloss during the day and a coral or peach sheer lip gloss at night for a hint of color.

A really great store for CHEAP makeup is http://eyeslipsface.com, AKA, ELF. Almost everything there is a dollar!
