10 points for best answer!!!!! makeup for beach?

For vacation, I am going to the island of Bali. It is very humid though, and i need to look good when i go to the beach (my older cousin has really hot friends). So i also need some sunblock, and i was thinking about a timted moisturizer or something, because foundation is a definite no no for the beach. Maybe a palette that has everything i need. anyways, please some suggestions of products and the brands... price doesn't really matter, as long as it works. Thanks! 10 Pts to best answers!10 points for best answer!!!!! makeup for beach?
Makeup on the beach is a no no. You're there to relax and have fun. If you just NEED to wear at least some form of makeup, wear tinted moisturizer. And that's it. If you don't wear makeup, it might impress them more that you can go without makeup (though not sure seeing as how I'm not a guy XD). I'm not sure what a good product for that would be, since I don't wear tinted moisturizer, but I would check out M.A.C. or Clinique. Maybe CoverGirl. But no makeup would be your best bet 'cause you wouldn't have to worry about the water messing it up or whatever. Hope this answered your question!10 points for best answer!!!!! makeup for beach?
Covergirl marathon mascara, Clinique gel rouge, (You will NOT sweat either of those off easily) Use a long wear lipstick like MAC, Infinity or Covergirl, the type that comes with a stain and then a gloss. Just be careful with those as they are drying to your lips. Another option is a tinted lip gloss with a good spf. be careful with sunblock and test it on your skin before you go (You do not want to break out when you are there) Stick with a clinique or presciptive or orgins type that is non irritating.
oh just be yourself :)
Well I did this and got some hits off guys

Try a Spray-on Tan

You might be tempted to bake in a tanning bed for a few weeks before you go, but try a spray-on tan instead. The benefits are numerous – no burning, no weird goggle lines, no UV exposure and you get a great-looking tan almost immediately. Just remember that since it’s artificial, you’ll still need to use sunscreen at the beach to protect your skin.

Moisturizer

Salt water and sunlight will dry out your skin even with the best sunscreens, so your moisturizer needs to be up to the challenge. Look for moisturizers that are fortified with vitamin E and botanicals.

Sunscreen

Protect yourself with sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 – 30 is better. Look for products that are waterproof and incorporate a moisturizer to help pull double duty under the sun’s glare.

Manicure Set

Whether it’s building sand castles, parasailing or just collecting seashells, your nails can take a beating at the beach. Be ready for repairs. For durable all-day protection, pack a good clear polish and go with the natural look.

Foundation

Your spray-on tan may give you all the foundation coverage you need for the beach. But if you still feel the need, look of a waterproof variety with a sheer luminous coverage. Apply only where needed – around your eyes and over the apples of your cheeks. This will give you coverage without looking made-up. Between the sun and the surf, the less makeup you have on (or at least feel like you have on), the better.

Concealer

A few daps under your eyes is probably all you need, but it will be indispensable if the sun and the surf cause any little imperfections to pop up. Look for a waterproof variety and if it says it is sweatproof, all the better.

Cheeks

Stay with the natural look and try a cheek stain to give your cheeks a little extra color without overdoing it. Of course, waterproof is the way to go here as well.

Eye Shadow

Go with something light and close to your skin tone. Depending on your pre-trip tanning, something in the gold or vanilla family can give you just the right amount of highlight without looking “made-up.” Colors with some subtle shimmer can catch the sun and give your eyes some extra pop. Again, waterproof is the way to go.

Mascara %26amp; Eyeliner

Mascara can be tricky when you know you’re going to sweat and probably be submerged at some point during the day. Waterproof mascara can be especially harsh on your lashes, but a water-resistant variety can give you the same run protection while treating your lashes a little more gently. As for eyeliner, a waterproof product is your best bet. Use a thin line close to your lashes in a charcoal or dark brown shade.

Lips

A sheer shimmery lip tint with an SPF of 15 or more can give your lips a great sheen and sun protection as well.

Tips for a night out: Have some fun with your shadow and add some extra shimmer. Also pack a facial highlighting pen to help erase shadows and give your look that extra zing
Lorac and Philosophy make good tinted moisturizers that have SPF 30, which you definitely want if your going to the beach. You can find both of these at Sephora. Since your gonna be on a beach you wanna keep your makeup light. I'd say put on some waterproof mascara, a creamy blush, and some sheer lipgloss. And if you want to look a little tan, a bronzer would be good, too. I like the ones that they have at Victoria Secret. Since its really humid, you want something that'll keep your hair from getting all frizzy and ugly. John Frieda Frizz-Ease Serum works well.

Have a nice trip!
Keep it simple, yeah? You're going to the beach. You don't need to pile on makeup. I recommend waterproof eyeliner and mascara, just in case.
Simple. Tan while you are here in a tanning salon. When you get there you will have a natural glow...
no makeup on beaches! your relaxing not impressing
i agree with no make up!

but...

heres some..

wetseal waterproof mascara/eyeliner.

i would go to a local drugstore buy some waterproof makeup, sunblock, and a lipbalm. Thats all you'll need for the beach, anything else will run.
Translucent loose powder is your best friend during the heat of summer,'; explains Boyd. ';Stop using the powder compacts they are filled with waxes and fillers that causes the face to shine and forces you to reapply touch-ups throughout the day. Instead, apply foundation then set it generously with loose powder and blot with a tissue during the day, you'll never have to pull out that compact again.';

(Bare Minerals Mineral Veil is the absolute crme de la crme, in my product obsessed opinion!)
tinted sunblock is good but you don't really need more than that. If you want mascara go with waterproof and also a nice SPF 15+ tinted lip balm. If you put on too much you won't have an even tan on your face.
use good makeup!!!!!!!!!!!
Wear sunscreen that last about 12 hours over your face.Make sure it has enough SPF and is water proof, and also that it has quick dry. After spreading it about 20 or more minutes, wear make-up.Try ';Mac's Overlay';.It will spread a light color over the sunscreeen, creating a beautiful sensational look.It is also water proof.
makeup is so ugly none at all maybe some sun tan lotion
Keep it light thats all you need to know
I've recently discovered that those mineral powder foundations have a waterproof quality to them. I found one at Target and bought it on a whim- love it! Great coverage- doesn't come right off, feels light. I think it was made by Revlon.
Totally. But it will help if all of your makeup is waterproof. Just in case u go swimming or you sweat. Also, keep it light.
okay revlon or avon has water proof EVERYTHING.. just go to a store clerk person and ask them to show you the section .. and i promise that stuff does NOT come off with water .. and it doesnt cause too much thickness. and its good for the hear sunblock.. go with aveeno because its smooth and it works
The first one seems to be exactly what you're looking for.

This one comes with color pigments that can be added, so you can directly match it with your skin.

This one is in compact form, which could be good to use with either of the other two for a finishing touch.

Have fun!!
use a self tanning lotion on your face %26amp; body.

they're cheap and your skin will glow! so no need for foundation or whatevs..it'll come off in the water.

so make sure you use your tanner a few days before you go to bali.

get a self tanning lotion with sunblock in it! :)

palmers cocoa butter tanner is really good!!! it makes you glow.
just use water proof make up
I wouldn't think that you needed make-up since you're going to an island with I assume lots and lots of sun
use a little bit, not alot ! make sure u look hot~!
i personallly woubldnt wear any at all because if you plan on goin in the water its gonna wash up or

smear bad

but if youre a layer-on-the-sand-checkout-guys girl

i would wwear what you usually do. most guys say

they dont like that but they still go for those girls(men.*sigh*)

but in any case, just wear waterproof mascara an maybe eyeliner, and youll be beach ready!

best of luck.
